Description:	The files * res/res_calendar_caldav.c * res/res_calendar_icalendar.c * res/res_calendar_exchange.c * res/res_calendar_ews.c use functions/symbols of the general file {{res/res_calendar.c}}. Therefore, when you disable only this in Menuselect, the other files cannot build anymore, for example because the function {{ast_calendar_unref_event}} is not implemented anymore.
