Description:When a user calls into voicemail, deletes any new messages and then subsequently changes their unavailable greeting, the voicemails aren't deleted.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Leave a voicemail message for an extenion
2. Call voicemail from the extension in question
3. Press 1 to listen to new messages
4. Press 7 to delete the message
5. Press 0 for mailbox options
6. Press 1 and record an unavailable greeting and then dial 1 to confirm the greeting
7. Hangup
8. Note that the extension in question receives a MWI
9. Call voicemail again from the extension in question. Note that the previously deleted voicemail is still present.

Looks like you don't even have to record a new greeting. I skipped step 6 and the problem still occurs.
