Description: | I have an issue when I want to have my audio file play in the same time of ringing on the phone ip, that I call by his DID.
In internal call like this bellow is work: exten => 5000,1,Progress() same => n,Set(CHANNEL(Musicclass)=waiting-audio) same => n,Dial(PJSIP/115,20,m(waiting-audio)) same => n,Hangup() In incoming call like bellow this is does not work: exten => _0X.,1,NoOp(## Incoming Call ##) same => n,Progress() same => n,Set(CHANNEL(Musicclass)=waiting-audio) same => n,Dial(PJSIP/115,130,m(waiting-audio)) same => n,Playback(ivr/REPONDEUR_2_OCCUPE_PLATEAU_VENTE) same => n,VoiceMail(115@default,s) I have this warning message and my audio file is not play during the call: -- Started music on hold, class 'waiting-audio', on channel 'PJSIP/belgium-voip-00000374' [Oct 19 11:47:47] WARNING[32621][C-000001df]: translate.c:407 framein: no samples for ulawtolin == Begin MixMonitor Recording PJSIP/belgium-voip-00000374 -- PJSIP/115-00000375 is ringing -- PJSIP/115-00000375 is ringing | ||
