Description:So I have almost gotten the Opus codec working for each extension, but one issue that remains is that it seems that if someone calls an extension and they are parked (internal and external calls) they go to the parking lot as intended, but as soon as someone dials the lot they are in (or pushes a key) the call just drops. It seems that there is some type of issue with codec negotiation with parked calls.

The severity of this issue has been automatically downgraded from "Blocker" to "Major". The "Blocker" severity is reserved for issues which have been determined to block the next release of Asterisk. This severity can only be set by privileged users. If this issue is deemed to block the next release it will be updated accordingly during the triage process.

I've further reduced it to minor.  This codec isn't used by all users.

Asterisk logs (CLI and a PCAP) are needed as well as specific reproduction steps that can be followed by anyone on any like-versioned system.

Also, it'd be good to know if simply swapping to a different codec resolves the issue.  Known mitigations and work-arounds often help to further narrow an issue.

It seems it uses PCMU and that works properly without issue. Only when the call is using the OPUS codec does it drop. I'll get some logs in a minute.

I'm trying to come up with a reliable way to reproduce it but it seems to happen only occasionally which isn't good for figuring out why it's happening.
