Thanks for creating a report! The issue has entered the triage process. That means the issue will wait in this status until a Bug Marshal has an opportunity to review the issue. Once the issue has been reviewed you will receive comments regarding the next steps towards resolution.

A good first step is for you to review the [Asterisk Issue Guidelines|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Issue+Guidelines] if you haven't already. The guidelines detail what is expected from an Asterisk issue report.

Then, if you are submitting a patch, please review the [Patch Contribution Process|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Patch+Contribution+Process].

Find attached the backtrace of 2 crashes.

By: Benjamin Keith Ford (bford) 2018-11-29 13:25:13.978-0600

The attached logs have don't have symbols. Refer to the wiki [1] on how to get the correct output, and if possible, explain what is happening that causes the crash, e.g. if there is a common denominator that triggers the crash, call load, etc.

Find attached backtrace files with more details, we were able to add a few more debug libraries.

By: IT Support (s2gsupport) 2018-11-29 16:01:24.159-0600

The crash happens when there is a peak in calls, around 100-120 active calls. It has happened two days in a row, around the same time 10-11 AM CST. No other common denominator has been identified.

These backtraces still aren't very helpful, unfortunately. Are you compiling with DONT_OPTIMIZE and BETTER_BACKTRACES?

Also, can you get logs with at least verbose and debug turned up all the way at the time of the crash?
