Description: | just upgraded from v16.0.0 to v16.1.0 and noticed message waiting indicator broke. After leaving a new voicemail, i don't see a NOTIFY message heading to the phone.
Also, during a REGISTER I do see a following NOTIFY but the message waiting/info is incorrect: Messages-Waiting: no. Voice-Message: 0/0 (0/0). reads 0/0 when there is 1/0 | ||

It can be applied to Asterisk 16 using: patch -p1 < aebb822.diff Due to optimizations that were done it exposed a long standing bug which causes this.
