Description:i am using FreePBX 14.0.13.4 with Asterisk 13.18.0, i figure it out how to separate one music when the customer calls and different one when i put customer on hold this is how i did on freepbx 14 asterisk version 13.17.2: From queue application i choose one music than clicked APPLY than again choose INHERIT and again click APPLY in this way one music is played when customers calls and default one is played when i put customer on hold, BUT when i updated to ASTERISK 13.8.0 and up it does not work anymore this way and i reverted back to ASTERISK 13.17.2 (i am sure the issue is with asterisk) so i am stuck at asterisk version 13.17.2. Is there another way to make different music one for ringing and one for putting customer on hold?

Thanks

In the context given this question would be better to be asked on the [FreePBX forums|https://community.freepbx.org/].

If you believe something "broke" when upgrading FreePBX, you would first need to report the issue on their [issue tracker|https://issues.freepbx.org] in order to determine if something in FreePBX is not causing the problem.

Lastly, if it is determined to be an Asterisk issue you'll need to upgrade to the latest release for the branch you are on, and replicate the problem in that release. See [reporting issues|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Issue+Guidelines] to our issue tracker for more information about gathering the required data.

Please see the comment from [~kharwell]. Try using the FreePBX community forum first, as FreePBX is what produces all of the configuration for Asterisk and tells it what to do and when.

We aren't familiar here with its configuration and how it approaches things.
