Description:	Endpoint A make a call to Endpoint B. Endpoint A call incoming to asterisk, then asterisk make call to endpoint B, when endpoint B response a 183  Session Progress with SDP has: a=sendonly the asterisk will think it put on hold, then endpoint A will play music on hold. I think this is not right.
