Description:	chan_dahdi.c: “If starting a threeway call, never timeout on the first digit so someone can use flash-hook as a "hold" feature” Timeout is set to 999999ms == 16 minutes 40 seconds.  Not clear what behavior should be but INT_MAX would better match the comment.
