| Description: | I don't think this is major yet since it doesn't stop media, it can just slow it down under some circumstances. See https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1024096 for details.
Essentially even before ICE negotiation completes if there is a valid pair then it should be possible to send packets. | ||
