Description:When there are many calls waiting in a queue, agents who are logged in repeatedly listen to the custom_beep (in loop) before a call comes in.

When there are many calls waiting in a queue, the agents listen in loop the custom_beep sound, It only happens when I have many calls in a queue, with few the problem does not occur.

Please attach your configuration (_queues.conf_, _extensions.conf_, and _pjsip.conf_), along with a descriptions of steps to reproduce.

As well please include an Asterisk debug log [1] of the problem when it occurs.
