Summary:	ASTERISK-29662: Add mix option to Playback application for say and filename

Description:	Now the Playback application has only a say option, if no option is set it looks for a file in the path with that name but the say option is set it tries to play only by using the say.conf file. I am adding a mix option that will play by filename and say.conf. it will look on the format of the name, if it is like say it play with say.conf if not it will play the file name.
