Description:	There's a {{type}} field for all stasis messages except JSON version of {{ast_rtp_rtcp_sent_type}}/{{ast_rtp_rtcp_received_type}}. Suggested patch adds a {{type}} field to JSON structure of stasis function {{rtcp_report_to_json()}}.
