Description:	Make the Resource List Subscriptions (RLS) dynamic. The asterisk does not update the current subscriptions to reflect the changes to the lists now. If the list items are added, removed, updated or do not exist anymore, the asterisk should regenerates the resource list on the subscriptions refresh.
