Description:Let me know if there's a better way for this, but just opening an issue since the past it was indicated that was the preferred protocol for wiki/documentation things.

The following page has a list of AMI libraries: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/AMI+Libraries+and+Frameworks

There are a few missing that could be added to the list (languages indicated);

NodeJS: https://github.com/marcelog/Nami
Bash: https://github.com/marcelog/Bami
C: https://github.com/InterLinked1/cami
Go: https://github.com/wenerme/astgo

I would do it myself but obviously don't have rights to edit the page, so hopefully someone with permission can take care of this as time permits - thanks!

Thanks for creating a report! The issue has entered the triage process. That means the issue will wait in this status until a Bug Marshal has an opportunity to review the issue. Once the issue has been reviewed you will receive comments regarding the next steps towards resolution. Please note that log messages and other files should not be sent to the Sangoma Asterisk Team unless explicitly asked for. All files should be placed on this issue in a sanitized fashion as needed.

A good first step is for you to review the [Asterisk Issue Guidelines|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Issue+Guidelines] if you haven't already. The guidelines detail what is expected from an Asterisk issue report.

Then, if you are submitting a patch, please review the [Patch Contribution Process|https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Patch+Contribution+Process].

Please note that once your issue enters an open state it has been accepted. As Asterisk is an open source project there is no guarantee or timeframe on when your issue will be looked into. If you need expedient resolution you will need to find and pay a suitable developer. Asking for an update on your issue will not yield any progress on it and will not result in a response. All updates are posted to the issue when they occur.

Please note that by submitting data, code, or documentation to Sangoma through JIRA, you accept the Terms of Use present at [https://www.asterisk.org/terms-of-use/|https://www.asterisk.org/terms-of-use/].

Creating an issue for this, but don't have any timeframe for when it would get worked.

Is there any way for contributors to make the changes on the page itself, or can only Sangoma folk do that?

I have some other things in mind but have sort of just been keeping a list for the meantime. I hate to add more to the Sangoma plate, especially for minor things like this, but understand if there's not really a way for contributors to edit the wiki.

Individual permissions can be granted, which I've now done. You should have the ability to make changes but the project reserves the right to revert changes if they are found to be incorrect, and for permissions to be revoked.

Thanks, Josh - that's definitely helpful. I'll continue reporting things on Jira, and only modify this page for now. I was thinking about this when I read the GitHub email and hopefully moving the documentation to Git should make it easier for community edits to happen.

Bit of a dumb question but am I supposed to see an "Edit" option somewhere? I see a "Create" button but seemingly no way to edit an existing page, just the standard tools menu and such that showed up even before.

Refresh and try again.

Works now, thanks!
I've updated the page, so I'll close the issue as resolved now.
