Description:	Currently, When the asterisk received `a=sendonly` or `a=recvonly` attribute it put the channel to the moh state. This is OK for normal cases, but if the `a=sendonly` or `a=recvonly` attribute with 183, it makes a problem possibly. If the 2 channels are placed in the same bridge in a ringing state and the one of channel received a=sendonly with 183, then the channel hears the ringing sound and moh sound at the same time.
