Description:I have problem with * and 5300, when the incoming and outgoing call are
routed thru the same SIP gateway (AS5300).

So are you just "hairpinning" the call through Asterisk?  Do you have "canreinvite=no" on this peer, or are you expecting the call to re-invite itself on the 5300?

I'm try to build an announcement system, and I tried to force to * with 'canreinvite=no', but * doesn't see that changes in sip.conf (at least doesn't work as expected).

This issue is resolved. Adding insecure=yes works great.
